Until 2001, the Sunflower Buggy Shop was a cornerstone of the Yoder community. Owner Sam Yoder inherited the business from his father and, according to the people around here, was the most skilled buggy craftsman in the state.

The Sunflower Inn Bed and Breakfast now stands where Sam, his wife Kay, and their family lived. Though no longer in business, the shop remains an integral part of the Sunflower Inn property.
